I think that the Bic Pens are on sale 2/$1. Then you use either the coupon that came in today's paper that is $1 on 2 Bic Products or you head over to the Target Coupon Generator found on the front page of www.afullcup.com , where you can print as may of the $1/2 coupons as you like.
